Hi, I’m Sarah, and I’m so glad you’re here! As The Mummy PT, I specialise in pregnancy and postnatal fitness and recovery, offering personalised support to help you feel strong, confident and at your best during and after pregnancy.

As a mum of two, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges that come with pregnancy and recovery. I’ve personally overcome an 8cm abdominal separation (diastasis recti) and mild prolapse, so I understand how important it is to have expert guidance and a tailored approach. With over 10 years of teaching experience and a wide range of qualifications, I specialise in:

  • Pregnancy Fitness – Supporting mums-to-be through safe and effective exercise, including fitness during IVF treatments.

  • Postnatal Recovery – Helping new mums heal and regain strength after childbirth, with a focus on c-section recovery, diastasis recti, and prolapse.

  • Tailored Plans – Every plan is created with your unique needs in mind, so you can feel confident that your fitness journey is in safe hands.

Finding time for yourself as a mum can be challenging, but I make fitness easy and accessible with mobile personal training sessions in St Albans and surrounding Hertfordshire areas.

In addition to one-to-one training, I also run Buggy Fit classes and group workout sessions across St Albans and Hertfordshire. These classes are a fantastic way to get moving, meet other mums, and work on your fitness in a supportive, relaxed environment.
